When you book your party with us, we require a deposit upon booking of £40 or 50% (whichever is the lesser) in order to confirm a party date.

The full balance must be paid prior to the start of the party, either by cheque (made payable to The Twinkle Factory), cash, paypal or bank deposit with full funds cleared. This means that all cheques should be received at least 7 days prior to the party date.

Please note that at our discretion and by prior arrangement, cash may be paid on the date of the party to the entertainer.

Parties booked outside of South or Central London may require an additional cost to cover travel expenses. This will be an amount agreed by the event organizer and customer prior to confirmation of the booking.

Our parties are covered by full public liability insurance from Simply Business.
